Returns at Cheeky Nights In Ltd – Made Easy

At Cheeky Nights In Ltd we run an easy and fair Returns Policy.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 14 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories, batteries or free gifts.

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Cheeky Nights In Ltd within 24 hours (after delivery date) if the goods are faulty. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. If you fail to notify us of a fault within the allotted time you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in a working condition.

With Cheeky Nights In Ltd you can cancel an order within 14 days for a full refund.

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for a refund, exchange, for replacement items (in the case of a fault).

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been used or significantly damaged

 

 


Cheeky Nights In Ltd Returns and Exchange Policy

With Cheeky Nights In Ltd you can cancel an order within 14 days for a full refund.

You have the option to exchange products for any reason for up to 14 days after purchase as long as your products are unused, unworn and unopened.

For hygiene reasons Cheeky Nights In Ltd will under no circumstances accept returns of wigs, lingerie, hosiery, seasonal goods, one off wear or made to measure items, contact lenses, eyelashes, make-up, adult toys, bondage gear, creams, gels, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and or used.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

 

 


Returning Clothing & Harnesses to Cheeky Nights In Ltd

We give correct size indications for each item in our product descriptions but should one of our harness or other clothing items not fit you then you can return it for an alternative size or  product.

When you receive a harness or other clothing from Cheeky Nights In Ltd, please ensure that you carefully try the item for size before removing any tags or labels or destroying packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been damaged whilst trying on. For hygiene reasons we advise that lingerie, hosiery, seasonal, made to measure or one off wear can not be returned under any circumstances. This is covered by the Long Distance Selling Regulations. 

Refunds can only be given if you return the unused, undamaged and unlaundered item to us within 14 days.

You must keep all tags and labels intact when returning items and send them back in the original packaging. If they are broken or removed we cannot accepted the returned product.

Returning a defective or faulty item to Cheeky Nights In Ltd

If the product is defective, please give an exact description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals, tags, batteries and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working or have been used.

Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag, in the original product box and pack them safely.

 

 


How long will it take until I get my money back?

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 14 days of receiving the returned goods unopened and unused. In practice, it will be much quicker - usually within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

Once received back at our warehouse, you will be informed once it has been processed so we can confirm how you could like to proceed.

 If you are eligible for a refund (and this is how you wish to proceed) your details will be passed to the relevant department who have up to 14 days to complete your refund. Remember, refunds can only be given on items which are returned to us within 14 days of your purchase.

 

 

 

 


Instructions on how to return goods to Cheeky Nights In Ltd

Before you return the goods to Cheeky Nights In Ltd you must inform us by either emailing customerservices@cheekynightsin.co.uk or by giving us a call on 01257 261466 and we will be happy to issue you with a returns number.

Once you have done this please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, including the product code and returns number and wrap the package securely and send it to the address below. You should also include a copy of the original delivery note in the package. This allows us to process your request for a refund or an exchange much faster. Where you do cancel your order, you are under a duty (until the goods are returned to us or collected by us) to retain possession of them and to take reasonable care of them.

We recommend that you return your item to us by Special Delivery or Recorded Post as these can be tracked or claimed for in the event of loss in transit. Customers need to provide us with a proof of postage and tracking number in case the parcel gets lost in the post. If the item is lost and you can not prove that you sent it we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
